All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location.
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
From time to time, free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
