Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Achari Maa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair policy for refunds and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is packed/shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product delivered was different from what you ordered.
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared with us for verification.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days
3. No Refunds/Returns
- Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the jar is opened, tampered with, or consumed.
- Taste preference is subjective; refunds will not be provided for personal dislikes.
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on stock availability. All replacement orders are delivered within the standard delivery timeline, i.e 7-10 business days .
